The most economical way to enjoy gourmet Icelandic lamb, custom cut to your specification.
Whole lambs are sold per carcass weight, which is the weight after the animal is slaughtered and some parts (like the hide) removed. Our current prices are:
WHOLE - $9.00/lb
HALF - $9.50 lb
Our whole lambs average a carcass weight of 55 - 60 pounds. The final amount of processed meat can vary significantly depending on your processing instructions, but we have found 50% of the carcass weight to be a good estimate of the weight of packaged meat you will receive.
A deposit of $200.00 is required at time of reservation for whole lamb.
Processing is included in the price, unless specialty cuts are requested (such as seasoned sausages, smoking, etc.)
